Buchteln

I read somewhere about this kind of Austrian sweet roll stuffed with jam or other things and decided to bake them for the Super Bowl.

The dough is flour, butter, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla, and the zest of a lemon.

Half were filled with Nutella and half with strawberry jam.

Delicious!
