Early Start

Just took Megan to the San Jose airport for her 6:15 flight. It was so
nice to have her here taking care of us!

Cecilia's Most Traumatic Moment

Birth? Yeah, that was pretty rough.

Her most recent shots, including tetanus? That was rough too.

But Cecilia's most traumatic moment was just now. I was feeding her (3 oz. of milk at 12:30 and 3 oz. of formula at 2:30) when I suddenly exploded with a legendary Austin sneeze. The bottle went flying, her eyes shot open, and her limbs extended in every direction. After she was done shaking, she let out the loudest cries I've ever heard. Tears streamed down her face -- it must have seemed like a gun going off in her face.

It took me several minutes in the magic fan room to get her to stop screaming, though she was still frowning and whimpering with tear-filled eyes. I was still laughing hard, which probably didn't help.

And no, I didn't literally scare the shit out of her. I checked. :)

idea. We don't bathe her enough... Every two weeks or so. She smelled
quite rancid so we finally bathed her.
