We had quite the white Christmas here in Iowa. This is a view out the window on Christmas Eve, I believe. Thick, fluffy stuff that fell all day and most of the night. I think Solon, IA got 8-9 inches.

After a day in Iowa, it was clear Cecilia missed her jumper. Luckily Megan was able to pick one up on craigslist, and Cecilia got super excited when we put her in it.

Levi and Jen hosted lunch and Kinect for us!

Today we went to Clarence, IA to visit Levi and Jen who we both respect as parents and creative individuals. They have two super-cute kids who we'd seen a lot online but rarely in person. They made a wonderful vegetarian lunch for us, including homemade ice cream and the best cobbler I've ever had (sssh, don't tell uncle Ron). Then we all played Kinect which was surprisingly fun.

It's sunny and warm out here and we're packing up to head back to Iowa for a month... during winter... I'm not sure if we're quite ready. :)

We met Danielle in Hayes Valley so Cecilia and Anna could meet. They're two months apart which seemed like such a long time, but now it seems like they're pretty much the same age! Anna is much better with solid food. Danielle cut up a kiwi and placed it on the table and Anna had no problem picking it up.
