Grant got these pjs from the Fridays for Christmas but hadn't worn
them yet, since Mommy didn't think it had been warm enough. Well it
finally seems warm enough and as you can see, Grant looks adorable
with his Mohawk. :)

Flowers from Chad

This past week was the Game Developers Conference (GDC) and as always
it was a busy, hectic week. On top of that, Chad was presenting a talk
this year, which made things even more crazy. But on Wednesday (the
day of Chad's talk), he sent me flowers to say thank you for
everything I did to help him get ready for his presentation. What a
sweet gesture :)

Cecilia's 3 year check up

Cecilia had her 3 year check up with Dr. Laura today. She got to wear this colorful gown, which she really enjoyed. Cecilia is now 30 pounds and 37.75 inches tall. She is doing very well and continues to have lots of energy and is pretty happy most of the time.

She can also be a little (or a lot) silly, as you can see in this picture.

Misc. Pictures from March

On March 1, we broke out the leprechaun shirt that Grandma Peanut got for Grant back in January. Cecilia had asked me at least once a week since (sometimes every day) if Grant could wear it yet.

While the Van Wardhuizens were here, Cecilia and Athena had fun blowing bubbles in the back yard.

Later, Shayla came over and it was like they were the Three Stooges. They were being really goofy, but had a lot of fun together!

 Enjoying the Pacific coast. Thankfully this was a little stream running into the ocean (instead of the ocean itself!), so it was a little bit warmer to play in.

Cecilia just asked me to sing this song before bed.  I think I'm making her a fan.  ;)

Beach

A friend from Seattle just moved to San Francisco so they're looking for fun things to do. They invited us to the beach so we had a fun morning picnic.

Goats

When I went to the SMART station to pick up some compost, I found they were all out of compost.  But the hill was covered in goats!

VWs visit

The veedubs came down from Seattle to visit. Lots of fun times playing together, lots of two-year-old tantrums, and four EXHAUSTED parents. :)

It was great to see them! I'm glad they managed to pull off the trip.
