Thanksgiving

On Thursday, we hosted Thanksgiving for Alan and Gaoder, Andy and Enno. We had a lot of food, but not all (in fact, not much of it) was "traditional" Thanksgiving fare. However we had a lot of fun and the food was delicious! :)

Here you can see the cheese lasagna and sausage lasagna I made using Sue's recipe (which was great), the veggie egg rolls Gaoder made in the front and spicy pumpkin soup Enno brought, twice-baked potatoes, and bacon stuffing in the back. Oh, and lots of clementines in the fruit bowl. Cecilia, we discovered, is a clementine fiend!

Here are the lemon honey-glazed carrots that Chad made.

The pork (I think?) egg rolls Gaoder made.

Our table with crescent rolls and pistachio salad (cause it can't be Thanksgiving without those 2 items!)

Not pictured above were the pumpkin and butternut squash pies that we had for dessert. All in all, a great Thanksgiving!
