Meadow Farm Museum

After the park, we walked down to the Meadow Farm Museum. First we went in a little museum building. It was pretty interesting to see all of the artifacts they had there.

Then it was time to walk up to see all the farm buildings and the animals. The kids both enjoyed seeing the animals.

On the way back to the car, Chad discovered this MASS of Daddy-long-legs. EWW!

Then on the way out, we drove down to look at RF&P Park, which GG and Papa had told us not to miss. There were some really nice looking baseball fields, and picnic areas, as well as a few old railroad cars. Grant was in heaven looking out the window and seeing all the trains. :)

A fun playground at Crump Park

On August 5, we took the kids to Crump Park and Meadow Farm Museum, a neat playground and a Civil War era living history farm site, near the Austins' house. The kids had a lot of fun there with Auntie Megan, Grandma Peanut, Paca Peanut, Zoey, Mommy and Daddy.

Lots of fun at GG and Papa's House

Later on August 4th, the kids got to play with some fun things. They both got to ride on the tractor (riding lawn mower) and the red wagon, and we all got to have some ice cream cake and watch some fireworks.
