Pier 39 and 4th of July Fireworks

Grant thought Pier 39 was super fun.

Mommy and Cecilia walking up and down the "musical stairs". Each stair plays a tone.

Grant slept through the whole firework show! Even with the booming. He wasn't quite asleep here I think.

This was our view from the parking garage, where we watched the show.

We didn't get home until past 1 a.m. We don't have any pictures of being stuck in San Francisco traffic for HOURS. The BART strike certainly did not help.

Rainforest Cafe

On the 4th we went to the Rainforest Cafe. It's a seafood, pizza, and burgers restaurant with quite the ambiance.  Grant was scared of the first thunderstorm but he leaned back and smiled during the second. Cecilia didn't like the storm as much and wanted to go. She liked the butterfly though.

Went to Palmdale

We spent last weekend in Palmdale with Bryan, Jess, baby Zack, and Jared. It was a great time. We will upload more pictures later. But for now, look at the high temperatures. :)
