Chad and I tried garlic ice cream while we were at the Gilroy Garlic Festival on Saturday. It was definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience, as it really was not any good. It started off sweet enough (almost a vanilla taste), but as soon as you swallowed, it was just RAW GARLIC in the back of your throat.
